Anna Silk was the first child of Peter Silk (an academic) and Ilkay Silk (a writer, actor, director, producer and teacher in St. Thomas University). Anna Silk's father was British and her mother, is a Turkish Cypriot English expat. Her mother was always watching her work at play rehearsals. Anna was featured in a variety of advertisements as a kid. In the month of November, 1999 Anna moved to Toronto for the purpose of advancing her acting career. She eventually shifting into Los Angeles, California, during the decade that followed. Seth Cooperman, whom she had met in a Los Angeles actors' workshop back in 2007, became her partner in 2009. Anna began her journey to becoming a Jewish woman at the age of 11, after having converted to Judaism. The couple was weddings in the month of December the same year, and they then renewed their vows in a Jewish wedding ceremony that took place in Fredericton the month of April in 2011. Bo and Lauren's relationship (played Zoie Palmer by Bo) has been featured on CNN's all-time favorite television couple list. They also were named by E! as the top television couple of 2013.
